Julie Oliver

| Tuesday, November 6, 2018

Julie Oliver rose from poverty to become a lawyer and healthcare advocate. After relying on Medicaid in order to support a young family, and raising a son with a heart condition, Julie knows from personal experience the importance of fighting for the most vulnerable and less fortunate. That is especially important in a congressional district like Texas-25, which is one of the most economically segregated in the country.

Julie supports access to quality, affordable health care, as well as access to job and apprenticeship programs that would help give Texans a leg up. She also believes that we must find solutions to end gun violence and enact immigration reform that does not rip families apart.

Julie wants to restore a representative democracy that puts the concerns of its people first. It’s because of this deeply held principle that Julie does not accept any PAC money, and has run her campaign entirely on individual donations. Join us in supporting Julie Oliver, a candidate who is committed to building a Texas for everyone.
