Tell Your Members of Congress: Reject the Trump-Netanyahu Military Partnership

Every year, Congress passes the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a massive defense bill considered a “must-pass” piece of legislation. Because it moves every year, lawmakers frequently try to slip in other policies that could not pass on their own. And unfortunately, even under Trump, many Democrats annually rubber-stamp this bill.

Trump and Netanyahu have worked closely over the past year and a half, partnering to commit devastating war crimes across the Middle East. Now, Congress is being asked to cement even deeper military cooperation and coordination with the Israeli government into US law.

At a time when the Israeli government continues its genocide in Gaza and military escalations across the region with the political and financial backing of our own government, Congress should not be making military integration with Israel a permanent feature of US defense policy or locking future administrations into even closer cooperation.

This year's NDAA would expand military cooperation between the United States and Israel through joint weapons development, intelligence sharing, defense technology partnerships, and other forms of military coordination, all while reducing transparency and public oversight.

Use this tool to urge your Members of Congress to vote against provisions that would further integrate the US and Israeli militaries.

Dear Senator/Representative,

I am writing to urge you to oppose efforts in this year's National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would hand over our military data or decisions to Prime Minister Netanyahu.

At a time when the Israeli government continues its devastating assault on Gaza and Trump works hand in hand with Netanyahu to expand reckless military operations across the Middle East, Congress should not be making military integration with Israel a more permanent feature of US defense policy.

I urge you to:

  • Oppose provisions in the NDAA, including measures such as Sections 219 and 622 in the House version, that would deepen military integration between the United States and Israel.
  • Reject efforts to make US support for the Israeli military more automatic, permanent, and insulated from public oversight.

Congress must not continue blank-check policies that deepen US complicity in violence or hand over any part of our military to Netanyahu. I urge you to reject deeper military entanglement with Israel and support a foreign policy centered on diplomacy, accountability, and peace.
