Tell your Members of Congress: Respect the Constitution and bring Abrego Garcia home!

Kilmar Abrego Garcia lived in Maryland with his wife and kids. He has a court order allowing him to live there legally. And yet, Abrego Garcia was kidnapped and deported by Trump and ICE to a notorious prison camp. The administration has admitted it was an "administrative error" but they are refusing to facilitate his return, in open defiance of an order from the US Supreme Court.

This is a direct attack on our Constitutional rights and the rule of law, and every Member of Congress has a responsibility to stand up in defense of our justice system and against extrajudicial kidnappings. We know if Trump gets away with this, all our rights are at risk. He's already suggested he may deport US citizens next.

Act now: Use this tool to automatically send an email to all your members of Congress demanding they do everything they can to end Trump's disappearances and bring Abrego Garcia home. You may add an additional note of your own, if you like.

The email to your members of Congress:

Dear [Represenative/Senator],

Kilmar Abrego Garcia was sent to a Salvadoran prison camp with zero evidence and despite a direct court order forbidding it. He’s still there despite a ruling from the Supreme Court that orders his return, and I’m outraged that the Trump administration is openly defying the Constitution to keep him there.

If the President can ignore the Supreme Court and send whoever he wants to foreign prisons without due process, then every single American is at risk. President Trump has already said that he wants to send US citizens to this same prison camp, and it is your sworn responsibility to stand up for us and our Constitution. Please:

  • Demand an end to abductions and disappearances and the use of this Salvadoran torture prison.
  • Call for Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s return to the US.
  • Hold Trump accountable for defying the Supreme Court.

We’re all at risk and I expect you to stand up for our rights.
