Register an Event: Local Indivisible Actions

Whether it’s yanking deportation relief from immigrant youth, planning the Trump Tolls, or passing the #TrumpTaxScam, Trump and Republicans are dead set on pushing their agenda. No matter who it hurts.

In the next few months, we have more chances to shine a light on Trump’s agenda, and stop GOP legislation in its tracks, as we head into the midterm elections.

Recess, February 17-25: Recess is our time to show up and make our voices heard while Members of Congress (MoCs) are  in their home districts. Find a town hall near you and use our town hall questions to put pressure on your MoCs during recess. No town hall? No problem. Plan your own with the new, improved (not so) empty chair town hall planning guide.

Next up, fight Trump’s next scam: the infrastructure bill. Based on leaked text, Trump’s infrastructure plan would mean massive handouts to hedge funds and an environmental catastrophe that leaves behind the serious needs of too many communities. Fight against his plan by hosting an event near you. Read our toolkit here to get started.

Register your event below and we’ll help get the word out!

      Event rules

Here are the rules for hosting events:

Our group agrees with these three principles:

      1. Resist Trump's agenda. We believe Trump’s agenda is racist, authoritarian, and corrupt, and it must be stopped.
      2. Focus on local, defensive congressional advocacy. We demand that our own local Members of Congress serve as our voice in Washington, DC.
      3. Embrace progressive values. We model inclusion, respect, fairness, and non-violence in all of our actions.

Next, we'll email you a link to confirm your event.
